Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior UX Designer with at least 7 years of professional experience to join our design team. You will be responsible for creating elegant, user-centric solutions for complex workflows. Whether you are designing for high-traffic B2C platforms, intricate B2B enterprise tools, or critical Trust & Safety systems, your goal will be to balance business objectives with a seamless user experience.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who can navigate ambiguity, mentor junior designers, and champion design excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Design: Lead the design process from initial concept and user research to high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes.
  • Strategy & Vision: Translate complex product requirements into intuitive design strategies that align with long-term business goals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility and high-quality implementation.
  • Systems Thinking: Contribute to and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across various platforms and products.
  • User Advocacy: Plan and execute usability testing and research sessions to validate designs and iterate based on data-driven insights.
  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and constructive feedback to mid-level and junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years in UX/Product Design, with a proven track record of shipping successful products.
  • Domain Expertise: Experience in at least one of the following areas is highly preferred:
  • B2C: Designing for scale and engagement in consumer-facing environments.
  • B2B / SaaS: Simplifying complex data-heavy workflows and enterprise ecosystems.
  • Media: Crafting immersive content consumption or creation experiences.
  • Trust & Safety: Designing tools for moderation, risk assessment, or digital safety.
  • Technical Skills: Mastery of industry-standard tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite) and prototyping software.
