What You’ll Work On
- Full used vehicle inspections (mechanical, safety, drivability)
- Brake work, suspension, steering, and maintenance repairs
- Engine diagnostics and light repair work
- Electrical and drivability concerns across multiple brands
- Reconditioning work to meet sales-ready standards
- Identify needed repairs quickly to support fast inventory turn
- Complete jobs efficiently while maintaining low comeback rates
Consistent workflow with a mix of light, medium, and diagnostic work. Top techs produce 45–60+ hours weekly. Speed matters. Accuracy matters more.
