Upscale Restaurant GM Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a restaurant leadership position.
• Experience in a full-service upscale casual or fine dining environment.
• Proven track record in a higher volume restaurant with sales exceeding $4 million.
• Strong self-starter with a positive attitude and a people-first mentality.
• We’re looking for a candidate with strong P&L/financial acumen, operational and leadership management experience
• Must have owned a portion of P&L and can speak to numbers of the business
