Creative Learning Academy is seeking exceptional educators to join our 5th & 6th Grade team for the 2026–27 school year! Our program engages students in rich learning experiences in the areas of science, history, and math, emphasizing inquiry, creativity, and collaboration.


Role Description

We are seeking three full-time on-site Upper Elementary / Middle School Teachers, to be based in Pensacola, FL. Teachers will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging and developmentally-appropriate lessons aligned with the curriculum and the academic needs of the students. In addition to teaching, the role includes curriculum development, fostering critical and creative thinking, and nurturing students' personal and academic growth. Collaboration with colleagues, ongoing communication with families, and ensuring a positive classroom environment that supports students' character development are also key responsibilities of this role.


Qualifications

  • Experience in Lesson Planning, Curriculum Development, and the ability to design and deliver engaging instruction
  • Teaching experience, particularly in Upper Elementary or Middle School grade levels
  • Strong Communication skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, students, and families
  • Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Creative and critical thinking skills; a passion for inspiring lifelong learning
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; an advanced degree or teacher certification is a plus
