Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Strategy: Manage OEM accounts, prepare quotes, and lead price negotiations.
  • Global Coordination: Liaise with Japan HQ (Japanese) and the Mexico factory (English/Spanish) for production and delivery scheduling.
  • Analysis: Monthly/quarterly sales forecasting and budget management.
  • Technical Support: Collaborate with engineering teams to address customer feedback and product modifications.


Requirements

【Required】

  • Experience: 3–4 years of B2B sales experience (Open to all industries: IT, Finance, Manufacturing, etc.).
  • IT Skills: Standard computer proficiency (typing, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Mindset: Independent, proactive, and comfortable with high levels of discretion.


【Preferred】

  • Spanish or Japanese bilingual
  • Experience in Automotive, Powersports, or Manufacturing industries.
