The RoleWe are hiring a Unit Readiness Coordinator to support our Turn Manager during the summer student housing in Flagstaff, AZ. You will be responsible for walking units ahead of contractors, ensuring doors are unlocked and units are ready, and reporting any issues to the Turn Manager. This is a coordination and inspection role, not a labor role. You will be helping manage the turn of 1004 beds in approximately 16 days. Must be available July 31st - August 19thWhat You Will Be Doing- Walking units ahead of contractors to verify they are vacated and ready for service- Ensuring all unit doors are unlocked and accessible before contractors begin work- Checking that utilities (water, electricity, HVAC) are active in scheduled units- Identifying and documenting any discrepancies between the turn board and actual unit conditions- Reporting all issues, access problems, and safety hazards to the Turn Manager immediately- Assisting with Trello turn tracker updates as directed- Assisting with key management and general on-site coordination- Performing quality spot-checks on completed units as directedRequirements- Must have reliable transportation to and from the property- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills- Dependable and able to commit to the full turn duration- Good communication skills to report issues clearly and promptly- Comfortable walking and being on your feet for extended periods- Must be willing to wear a Luxxe Property Solutions uniform while on site- No prior turn experience required, but property management or construction experience is a plusWhat We Provide- All supplies, chemicals, tools, and equipment needed to perform the work- Luxxe Property Solutions uniform (required to be worn on site)- On-site Turn Manager for daily coordination and support- Clear unit assignments and scheduling through our live Trello turn trackerPayment DetailsTotal project pay is $2,560, paid at the end of turn. Payment is processed on move-in day through Gusto. You must be present on move-in day to address any final touch-ups or resident concerns.
