Ultrasound Technologist (ARDMS)
Location: Chesapeake, VA (On-site)
Compensation: $2,040 – $2,475 per week (Depending on experience)
Schedule: Four 9-hour shifts per week | Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and professional ARDMS Certified Ultrasound Technologist to join an exclusive team for a high-impact special project serving local municipalities in the Chesapeake area.
This is a unique opportunity to utilize your cardiac and vascular expertise in a streamlined environment. Unlike high-volume clinical settings, this role prioritizes quality and precision, with a strictly capped daily workload.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality limited Echo, limited Carotid, and Aorta scans.
- Maintain a manageable pace with a guaranteed maximum of 15 scans per day.
- Utilize Mindray M7 portable ultrasound equipment and Roentgen Works PACS for image storage and reporting.
- Collaborate with a specialized team to provide screening services for municipal employees/members.
- Ensure patient comfort and professional representation of the project at various local sites.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Certification: Active ARDMS credentials (RDCS or RVT preferred, or RDMS with significant cardiac/vascular experience).
- Clinical Expertise: Proven proficiency in performing limited Echocardiograms, Carotid scans, and Aortic imaging.
- Technical Savvy: Comfort with portable ultrasound technology and digital PACS workflows.
- Professionalism: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently while representing the project to municipal partners.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in mobile imaging or corporate/municipal health screenings.
- Deep familiarity with Mindray systems.
