This role is for a Level II Ultrasonic NDT Inspector (Immersion) responsible for conducting immersion ultrasonic inspections on aerospace components in line with established specifications, written procedures, and customer requirements. The inspector will handle the complete inspection process, including equipment setup and calibration, operation of immersion ultrasonic systems, selection of proper inspection methods, and analysis of inspection data to verify compliance and identify material discontinuities.
A successful candidate will bring a solid understanding of ultrasonic testing principles, including transducer types, beam behavior, and immersion system functionality. Familiarity with aerospace materials, component geometries, and manufacturing methods is essential. The position requires close compliance with approved NDT procedures, safety protocols, and quality system standards governed by NAS 410 or an equivalent certification framework.

The Level II Inspector will work within a dedicated inspection cell, partnering with fellow inspectors, technicians, and production staff to support a smooth and efficient inspection process.
