UI/UX Founding Engineer

Enforra is building a runtime control layer for AI agents.

As AI agents become more capable, they can call tools, access data, trigger workflows, interact with APIs, and take actions on behalf of users. This creates a new product and security challenge:

How do developers understand, control, and approve what their AI agents are allowed to do?

Enforra helps developers define and enforce policies around agent behavior, MCP tool access, sensitive actions, human approvals, parameters, and audit logs.

We are building for AI startups, MCP developers, agentic app builders, and small technical teams shipping real agents into production.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲

We are opening an exploratory role for a UI/UX Founding Engineer who can help shape the product experience of Enforra from the ground up.

This is not a traditional design-only/ a pixel-pushing role. We are looking for someone who can think deeply about product, user experience, frontend execution, developer workflows, and how complex security concepts can become simple, clear, and usable.

You would work closely with the founding team to turn early product ideas, developer feedback, and design partner insights into clean interfaces, product flows, dashboards, and frontend experiences.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗼𝘄𝗻

 • Product design for AI agent runtime control

 • Developer dashboards for policies, approvals, logs, and agent activity

 • UI flows for MCP tool access and permission management

 • Human approval experiences for sensitive agent actions

 • Onboarding flows for developers integrating Enforra

 • Frontend implementation of core product screens

 • Design systems, landing pages, docs pages, and product demos

 • Turning technical workflows into simple, intuitive user experiences

𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗠𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗕𝗲 𝗮 𝗙𝗶𝘁 𝗜𝗳:

•  You design and build — you are equally comfortable in Figma and writing production-grade frontend code (React preferred)
•  You have designed for developer tools, security platforms, infrastructure products, or data-heavy dashboards
•  You understand that developer-facing UI has its own design language — density, clarity, and trust matter more than decoration
•  You have strong opinions about information hierarchy and can make complex systems feel simple
•  You are excited about AI agents and understand the workflows developers use to build them
•  You want to be a founding team member where your name is on the product, not just the credits
