As a Client Center Receptionist within the U.S. Private Bank, you will leave a lasting impression on employees and clients by greeting with the 10-5 rule while managing the front desk, providing light meeting planning support, and helping clients and employees with immediate solutions to their inquiries.  The ideal candidate will be analytical with excellent organizational skills and detailed oriented.

Job Responsibilities

  • Welcome, register, check-in, and assist clients and visitors for meetings and events within JPMorganChase office space.
  • Anticipate and tend to guest needs, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners, including catering, security, audio visual, events, and facility management teams.
  • Familiarize yourself with frequent users and guests arriving at the center.
  • Support administrative tasks such as invoice processing, scheduling vendor maintenance, and ordering supplies.
  • Understand meeting room capabilities, catering offerings, and event schedules using event and visitor management systems.
  • Provide coverage and light data entry support for early or late events in coordination with the onsite event planner.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2+ years of administrative/hospitality experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Outgoing personality and ability to work well under pressure
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
