Turnaround Manager-3 mo project-Start mid-May

THIS IS A W2 CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY

RATE: $50-53hr

SCHEDULE: 7-12hr shifts

Interviews will start mid-April

Support various turnaround (TA) activities across multiple crafts. Coordinate field work during high‑pace shutdown events involving major repairs, inspections, and equipment rebuilds.

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities

Working under a Lead Turnaround Coordinator or Turnaround Manager.

• Field‑based coordination roles, not hands‑on craft work.
• Heavy craft background required: millwright, pipefitter, welder, or soft craft experience (scaffold, insulation, paint).
• Coordinators manage daily schedules, ensure work is progressing, coordinate equipment and resolve field issues.
• Assigned by zone within a large‑scale outage.

Demonstrated field experience in plant or refinery turnarounds.

Reliability and ability to work in a fast‑paced, constantly changing environment.

TWIC card required for all candidates.

Mid‑May start; projected through end of July (possible extension or early release based on turnaround progress).
