I am currently helping a top client in its search for a Trusts & Estates Associate. This midsize NYC firm offers sophisticated Big Law-level work while promoting a collaborative culture and true work-life balance.

Highlights of this opportunity:
- Ideal for an attorney with a minimum of five (5) years of experience looking for autonomy over their practice, the opportunity to be "handed off" estates to manage with minimal oversight, and an eye on their future at a firm that nurtures growth.
- Work with a variety of clients including high net-worth individuals, families, charities, and corporations on the administration of complex estates (including revocable trusts, charitable foundations/entities, and wills) and personal estate planning, while navigating corporate and tax issues.
- Associates annualize 1700 billables for full bonus (approximately 80% of market bonus)
