Job Title Senior Engineer L1/Engineer L3/Engineer L2 Location (s) Cochin/Trivandrum/Bangalore/Chennai Years of Experience 4+ years Job Description o Developer with sound knowledge in backend API development.
o Proficient in Java with hands-on experience in developing, testing, and
deploying modules independently.
o Good problem-solving skills with ability to optimize solutions and handle
moderate algorithmic challenges.
o Solid grasp of low-level design; exposure to high-level design concepts.
o Familiar with software engineering best practices—unit testing, code reviews,
CI/CD.
o Actively contributes to team discussions and codebase improvements.
o Must Have: Microservice Architecture, moderate Java, clear DS/Algo
knowledge, low-level design, code review experience, exposure to design
patterns. No-SQL database knowledge (Dynamo/Mongo) or PostgreSQL
o Better understanding of Java 21/24 Or hands on experience with Java 17 or
above.
• Desired Skills:
o Experience with CI/CD, containerization, and microservices.
o Familiarity with DevOps practices.
o Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
o Ability to take ownership and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
