We are seeking a skilled and passionate Trial Attorney to handle a high-volume caseload and advocate for clients in complex litigation. This position is ideal for a motivated legal professional with trial experience who thrives in a fast-paced, client-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage personal injury cases from intake through verdict or settlement
• Conduct thorough investigations and engage experts to build compelling cases
• Draft and file legal pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
• Represent clients in depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings
• Prepare clients and witnesses for trial and conduct effective cross-examinations
• Negotiate with opposing counsel to reach favorable settlements
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to advance case strategy
• Maintain detailed case records and timely communication with clients

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania
• 10+ years of litigation experience, personal injury jury trial experience required
• Proven record of successful trial outcomes and courtroom proficiency
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with case management software and e-discovery tools
