Trial Attorney (Personal Injury & Med Mal Focus) - Bala Cynwyd, PA - HYBRID

We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney with a focus on Medical Malpractice to join a growing, trial-driven plaintiff-side practice in Bala Cynwyd. This role is ideal for a litigation-minded attorney who has already taken at least one case to trial and is eager to work on complex, high-impact matters.

Responsibilities:

• Manage medical malpractice and serious personal injury cases from intake through trial
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
• Review and analyze medical records and work closely with retained experts
• Participate in mediations, hearings, and trials

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Licensed and in good standing in Pennsylvania (New Jersey a plus)
• At least one jury trial experience as lead or first chair
• Demonstrated experience handling medical malpractice litigation
