Location: Irvine, CA (Onsite, Remote, or Hybrid)
Compensation: $175,000 – $270,000 (DOE)

The RoleWe are seeking a seasoned Trial Attorney specializing in Bankruptcy (Chapters 7, 11, and 13) to lead complex personal and corporate matters. You will not be a "paper-pusher"—you will be the lead advocate in the courtroom.
Key Responsibilities:
Trial Strategy: Engineering every case for trial from day one of the client engagement.
Advanced Litigation: Drafting high-stakes pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Discovery & Procedure: Conducting depositions, mediations, and Mandatory Settlement Conferences (MSC).
Legal Research: Utilizing LexisNexis to perform deep-dive research into complex statutes and legal precedents.
Courtroom Advocacy: Frequent court appearances and lead representation in bankruptcy litigation.
The Trial Mindset: You aren't looking for the easiest path to a settlement; you are looking for the most effective path to a verdict.
Bankruptcy Expertise: Proven experience navigating the complexities of Chapter 7, 11, and 13 filings for both individuals and corporations.
Technical Savvy: We are an Apple Business Environment. You should be comfortable working on Macs, iPads, and iPhones, and proficient with Clio practice management software.
Critical Thinking: Superior research skills and an obsessive attention to detail.
Client-Centric: Personable, empathetic, and able to put clients at ease during high-stress litigation.
