About This Position
The Treasury Analyst is responsible for performing daily cash reporting, daily/monthly reconciliation of specified bank accounts.
Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities
- Prepare multiple reports daily for cash reporting.
- Manage daily cash reporting for TKC Group bank accounts.
- Daily reconciling in Oracle cash management.
- Monthly reconciliation of specified bank accounts.
- Resolution of reconciling items through communication with department personnel & operating companies.
- Analyzing data regarding bank accounts.
- Prepare monthly credit card analysis reporting for all TKC operating companies.
- Prepare monthly JE for credit card fee accrual & bank fees.
- Assist with audit request throughout the year.
- Execute projects assigned from Treasury Manger & VP Controller.
- Other duties as assigned.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
- Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concerte variables in standardized situations.
- Must be a self-starter who can work well with people at all levels both in and out of TKC companies.
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Detailed oriented.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general accounting software.
