Job Title: Traveling Multifamily Construction Superintendent


Location: Philadelphia, PA

Compensation: $130,000 - $150,000


Tiello has partnered with a highly regarded nationwide Multifamily General Contractor who is on their search for a Traveling Multifamily Construction Superintendent with experience working on low-income/affordable housing/HUD specific renovations of multifamily housing across the United States but specifically in Philadelphia for a project ramping up to start, with projects nationwide thereafter.


Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $130,000 - $150,000(+)
  • Annual/Performance Bonus(s)

  • Per Diem (Covers housing, food, travel)
  • Mileage reimbursement/auto allowance


Project Type: Multifamily low-income affordable housing renovations (Apartments/Garden Style)


Responsibilities:

  • Promote safety and site cleanliness, while implementing and effectively managing Company's safety policies and procedures
  • Organize and layout project site logistics
  • Oversee execution of the Punch Lists
  • Managed and publish subcontractor schedule on a weekly basis
  • Review subcontractor meetings


Qualifications:

  • Must be able to travel nationwide
  • Must have MF LI housing reno experience specifically in Philadelphia, PA
  • Understanding of drawings and specifications
  • Experienced with Procore and any other related construction software
  • OSHA 10 and/or 30 Certification preferred
  • At least 5 years of experience managing low-income multifamily housing projects
