Based In: Houston, TX

We’re seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to oversee commercial and industrial construction projects across the South. Ideal candidates bring hands-on experience with Walmart open-store remodels or large-scale retail and distribution center builds, along with a strong commitment to safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead all on-site construction operations and project schedules
• Manage subcontractors, safety compliance, and quality control
• Coordinate with clients, architects, and engineers
• Conduct site inspections and maintain detailed reports
• Ensure OSHA standards and safety practices are followed daily

What You’ll Need:

• 5+ years of supervisory experience with a GC or CM firm
• Proven success managing Walmart remodel or similar retail projects
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Procore experience a plus)
• OSHA 30 certification and valid driver’s license required
• Willingness to travel frequently
