Traveling Superintendent

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Traveling Superintendent to oversee civil construction projects across the eastern United States. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in heavy highway, bridges, asphalt paving, concrete, and horizontal construction, particularly in intermodal and rail-related infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage on-site construction activities from start to finish.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Oversee work related to asphalt paving, drainage structures, track work, and other civil scopes.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Travel to project sites across the eastern U.S. with a requirement of 100% travel.

• Proven experience in civil construction supervision.
• Strong knowledge of asphalt, concrete, drainage, and rail-related work.
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and maintain project schedules.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel full-time.

This role requires traveling to various project sites across the eastern United States, with a commitment to full-time travel. The work environment is dynamic, involving on-site management of civil construction projects, including heavy highway, bridges, asphalt paving, concrete, and horizontal construction. The successful candidate will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project goals are met while adhering to safety regulations and quality standards.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Eagan, MN.

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $145000.00/yr.

This is a fully onsite position in Eagan,MN.

This position is anticipated to close on Apr 20, 2026.
