Description
We are seeking a reliable Traveling Apartment Maintenance Technician (HVAC Certified) to support our multifamily communities across multiple locations and cities. This is a 100% travel role, requiring weekly travel by plane and or car to the cities above and additional locations as needed.
Requirements
- HVAC EPA type II is the minimum certification (Required)
- 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience
- Strong HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills
- Ability to travel 100% of the time
- Valid driver’s license
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
Responsibilities
- Complete work orders and unit turns efficiently
- Travel weekly to assigned properties
- Perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
- Maintain organized work areas and coordinate with on-site teams
- Assist with emergency maintenance as needed
