Camp Sewataro – Sudbury, MA

Summer: 7:30 AM–5:00 PM (8 weeks)

Pre-Camp: Flexible hours beginning in May (~20 hrs/week)

Camp Sewataro is seeking a highly organized, calm, and solutions-oriented college student to serve as our Transportation & Logistics Coordinator. This is a hands-on operations internship managing daily camper transportation systems, including bus routes, car drop-off, and family communication.

Ideal for rising juniors or seniors (strong sophomores encouraged) interested in operations, logistics, business, education management, or public service.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily transportation logistics for camp sessions
• Build and adjust bus routes and stop assignments
• Communicate with families regarding delays or changes
• Coordinate with our bus company and camp leadership
• Maintain accurate transportation data in our system
• Problem-solve in real time to ensure safe, efficient operations

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Calm, flexible, and solutions-focused under pressure
• Comfortable using Excel, Word, and database systems
• Familiarity with Google Maps or routing tools preferred
• Must be 18+
