Hatch is seeking a new Business Lead for our Transit Stations & Facilities team in our Brooklyn, NY office. The role would focus initially on NY with the MTA, and depending on the candidate expand through the NE, and the Eastern USA . The purpose of this full-time position is to build, lead and grow a team that positions Hatch to win and robustly self-perform rail and transit (Class I, Rapid Transit, Light Rail and Bus) stations and facilities design nationwide. This position will help grow our multi-disciplinary Transit Stations & Facilities business across the Eastern USA. The Transit team brings together experts in rail systems, vehicles, industrial design, civil infrastructure, design-build, project implementation and a variety of other specialties to inspire positive change in cities and communities around the world.
The Business Lead is a national position that has overall responsibility and accountability for providing leadership in long-range planning, program development, problem solving, and staff development in Hatch’s recently formed Transit Stations & Facilities team.
Reporting to the Global Transit Station & Facilities Business Unit Practice Lead, the Eastern USA Business Lead Station & Facilities will be responsible for leading and growing a Regional Station & Facilities business which is part of over 1000+ Transit professionals across all of Hatch’s global Transit business. The Eastern USA Business Lead will provide leadership in maintaining and further developing the Station & Facilities business, including responsibility for business development, team leadership and development, thought leadership and research, client engagement, technical oversight of deliverables and project financial performance.

Base Compensation: $200,000 - $230,000 (Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as education, experience, skillset, and/or location)
