Role: Transformation Analyst

Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid)

Duration: 6-12 Months (Possible extension/conversion)

Job Description

We are looking for a curious, organized, and collaborative professional to support transformation and strategic initiatives across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured problem-solving, working closely with teams, and helping organizations evolve and deliver meaningful change. You will work alongside senior team members on transformation programs, support workshop facilitation, and help translate complex ideas into clear, actionable outputs.

Key Responsibilities

• Support strategic and transformation initiatives such as digital transformation, operating model redesign, agile transformations, product or technology change programs, and related efforts.
• Contribute to structured problem-solving and analysis to help teams understand challenges, identify opportunities, and develop actionable recommendations.
• Assist in designing and facilitating workshops or working sessions, including preparing materials and using virtual collaboration tools such as Miro or Mural to guide discussions and capture insights.
• Develop clear, visually compelling presentations and documents using PowerPoint and the broader MS Office suite.
• Synthesize complex information into concise, structured insights and communicate them effectively in both written and verbal formats.
• Track project details, manage follow-ups, and ensure important actions or decisions do not fall through the cracks.
• Collaborate closely with senior team members, providing support while also taking ownership of assigned workstreams.
• Contribute to goal-setting and performance tracking processes, with exposure to frameworks such as OKRs and KPIs.
