Job Description

Transaction Services team members are responsible for completing unit assignments in order to provide customers and internal groups with dependable and relevant financial services. Key responsibleness include accurately processing and posting of transactions and preparing documentation to record activity. All team members will communicate directly and indirectly with customers. While the tools and transactions differ between the units within Transactions Services, the duties and responsibilities are similar.

Essential Functions

  • Gain a working knowledge of unit processes and procedures.
  • Accurately process monetary transactions which may include wire transfers, ACH sent and received, checks sent and received.
  • Post transaction and other activity in application used by the unit (e.g. Odessa for lease, PayPlus for wires, ACMS/ACBS, FIS applications for Cash Management, etc.).
  • Communicate accurately and professionally with customers and partners regarding transactions and other inquiries.
  • Work effectively in a polite professional manner with team members and associates throughout the bank.
  • Adhere to unit procedures. Seek guidance from supervisor or designated team members when required actions are ambiguous.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment.
  • Adaptable to change as processes and tools change.
  • Complete assigned duties timely and before established service level agreements. Seek guidance from supervisors or designated team members when assistance is needed.
  • Use Service Console to originate and act on service tickets. This may include taking action on requests or responding to inquiries from other teams, customers or partners.

Education

  • High school diploma or GED required

Work Experience

  • 2 years of experience posting transactions, preferably in banking or financial services required
  • Basic understanding of payment transactions (check, ACH and/or wires).

The typical base pay range for this role is between $54,300 - $62,100. Compensation may vary based on individual job-related knowledge, skills, expertise, and experience. This position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organization and individual performance.
