Be extraordinary, together.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Transaction Manager to support our Corporate Real Estate team. In this role, you will act as the critical engine behind our Account Managers, overseeing the execution of real estate transactions across a diverse corporate portfolio.

Your day-to-day will involve coordinating lease renewals, new acquisitions, dispositions, and expansions. You will serve as the central point of contact linking internal business units, Account Managers, external brokers, and legal counsel to ensure every transaction is executed on time, within budget, and aligned with corporate strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Transaction Execution & Coordination: Manage the end-to-end transaction lifecycle for corporate leases, acquisitions, subleases, and dispositions.
  • Account Manager Support: Partner directly with CRE Account Managers to gather business requirements, evaluate market options, and implement portfolio strategies.
  • Broker & Vendor Management: Act as the primary liaison with third-party brokerage networks. Issue Requests for Proposals (RFPs), review site options, and hold external teams accountable to timelines.
  • Financial & Critical Date Tracking: Maintain strict oversight of portfolio databases. Proactively track lease expirations, renewal options, termination dates, and rent commencements to eliminate compliance risks.
  • Financial Analysis: Perform financial evaluations, including sales & lease comparables analysis, net present value (NPV) calculations, cash flow analyses, and lease-vs-buy comparisons to support decision-making.
  • Document Review & Due Diligence: Coordinate the draft and review of Letters of Intent (LOIs), lease agreements, amendments, and estoppels alongside corporate legal counsel.
  • Reporting & Governance: Prepare transaction business cases, approval memos, and regular portfolio status reports for senior leadership.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Experience: 3–5+ years of experience in commercial real estate transaction management, corporate real estate, or commercial brokerage.
  • Portfolio Comfort: Proven track record managing transaction pipelines across multiple markets (regional, national, and global).
  • Lease Literacy: Deep understanding of commercial lease structures (Triple Net, Gross, Modified Gross) and technical legal terminology.
  • Software Proficiency: Experience utilizing CRE portfolio management software alongside advanced Excel skills.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to easily translate complex real estate data for non-real-estate clients.

Preferred:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Licensure: Active Real Estate Broker license is a strong plus.
  • Certifications: Professional designations such as CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) or MCR (Master of Corporate Real Estate).

What Success Looks Like in This Role

The First 90 Days: You have successfully audited the upcoming 12-month critical dates pipeline, built strong working relationships with regional brokerage partners, and seamlessly assumed day-to-day transaction workflows, allowing Account Managers to focus on high-level client strategy.
