The Role

We're looking for an experienced Training Specialist to lead our student-facing training program. You'll be working directly with high school students in both one-on-one and group settings over Zoom, running structured training sessions and workshops designed to prepare them for their internships and professional careers.

We're looking for someone who has done this before, whether in corporate training, education, coaching, or a similar field, and who can walk into a Zoom room with one or a group of teenagers and immediately command their attention, earn their respect, and deliver a session that genuinely moves the needle for them. If you have a track record of facilitating impactful training sessions and a natural ability to connect with and inspire young people, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

  • Lead one on one and group training sessions with high school students over Zoom, covering professional skills, workplace readiness, and internship preparation
  • Host structured workshops for both students and parents, presenting clearly and confidently to varied audiences
  • Deliver a consistent, high-quality training experience that prepares students to succeed in their internships from day one
  • Adapt your facilitation style to meet the needs of individual students while maintaining energy and engagement across group sessions
  • Collaborate with our team to continuously improve training materials and session structure based on student outcomes

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in a professional training, facilitation, teaching, coaching, or L&D role
  • Proven ability to lead engaging and effective sessions with groups, comfortable presenting to audiences of 1-30+ people over Zoom
  • Strong one-on-one communication skills, able to build rapport quickly and tailor your approach to different personalities and learning styles
  • High energy and commanding presence on camera, someone who can keep a room of high schoolers genuinely engaged virtually
  • Experience working with younger audiences, whether students, athletes, or young professionals, is a strong plus
  • A high level of reliability is a necessity
