Client is rolling out a consistent, group-wide leadership development program for frontline supervisors from 2026. The program aims to build a safe, skilled, and high-performing supervisor cohort across the company. - Understanding of the unique challenges, processes, and terminology relevant to the industry.
- Familiarity with safety-critical environments and operational constraints.
- Experience with Lean / Six Sigma/business improvement is desirable.

- Leadership / supervisory experience
- Has been a leader of a team.
Skills and certifications
- Skilled in adult learning principles and experiential learning techniques to engage participants and achieve learning outcomes.
- Ability to adapt facilitation style to suit different learning preferences and literacy levels.
- Ability to manage group dynamics, resistance, and challenging behaviours.
- DiSC certified (or regionally specified tool if advised in intake form).
- Ability to coach frontline leaders based on 180-degree assessment feedback
- Effective communication skills in English, as well as the requested local delivery language.
- Ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders, co-facilitators, SME’s and program participants to foster collaboration, trust and engagement.
Locations
- Comfortable facilitating in remote sites if required.
- Available in the locations as requested by the product groups/assets, wherever possible, to minimise additional costs of travel.
- Able to meet site-specific requirements where needed, such as Alcohol and Drug testing.
