Job Summary:

We are seeking a hands-on Training Coordinator to design, develop, and deliver engaging technical and safety training programs. The role involves creating short-form training videos, interactive eLearning modules, and digital learning content while working closely with subject matter experts and campus stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of instructional design / technical training experience
• Strong experience in video editing and eLearning content development
• Hands-on experience with LMS tools and modern learning methodologies
