Washington Association of Prosecuting Attorneys, a nonprofit serving 39 Elected County Prosecutors and their offices statewide, is seeking two experienced and dependable administrative professionals to join our small, dedicated team. These are full-time positions that supports both office operations and training needs for our members.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Director, Attorneys, and Training & Office Administrator.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating training conference events and meetings—venues, speakers, registration, and on-site logistics.
  • Build positive relationships with members, vendors, and speakers, serving as a trusted point of contact.
  • Maintain website, records management, track expenses, create reports (Excel skills required), draft and proofread documents, and book travel arrangements.
  • Use Zoom and other technology to support virtual training sessions.
  • Travel in-state for conferences and meetings (approx. 15% annually). Must have valid U.S. Driver’s License.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Associate’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years of administrative experience (legal, nonprofit, or association background a plus).
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and an eye for anticipating needs.
  • Self-starter and excellent communicator who works well in a team-oriented environment.
  • Intermediate Excel skills (basic formulas, sorting/filtering, tables).
  • Comfortable with technology, including Zoom and Microsoft Office Suite.
