Job Description

Trading Analyst as part of a small, collaborative team, with a focus on a Convertible Arb Strategy. The team is seeking a sharp, naturally curious individual for trading position assisting Senior Analyst.

Principal Responsibilities

• This is a hands-on role with direct exposure to risk, trading, and the day-to-day mechanics of the book.
• Working alongside Research Analysts and PM on P&L management, trade booking & reconciliation, execution trading and oversight of trading systems & automated trade processes across equities, credit, interest rates and derivatives.
• Monitoring news for markets, positions, and catalysts
• This role offers broad exposure, real responsibility, and clear potential for advancement.

Preferred Experience & Technical Skills

• 1-3 years of experience trading
• Some experience coding in Python is required, although advanced coding skills are not required
• Bachelor’s degree from a top ranked university
