Job Description
Insight Global is looking to hire a Top Secret Cleared Program Lead for a defense client in Patuxent River, MD. This individual will be helping to manage a technology development contract consisting of roughly 30 engineers. Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Serve as the primary program management lead ensuring alignment with government customer acquisition standards.
Assist in developing and executing acquisition strategies, program plans, and lifecycle activities from initial concept through sustainment.
Oversee and monitor cost, schedule, and performance metrics while supporting financial planning, budgeting, and contract execution.
Coordinate across Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to ensure alignment among engineering, logistics, contracting, and financial stakeholders.
Maintain program schedules, track key milestones, and proactively identify risks with recommended mitigation approaches.
Lead and support program reviews, technical meetings, and stakeholder engagements to drive execution and communication.
Conduct analysis and develop reports, dashboards, and executive briefings to inform leadership decisions.
Deliver advisory support to leadership and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and program execution.
Compensation:
$50/hr to $80/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
