The Opportunity
This role starts as a fractional engagement; but let us be direct about what that means at Dirty Saint. We are not looking for a vendor. We are looking for the person who becomes the face of our creator and commerce strategy. TikTok Shop and affiliate are untapped at this brand. The person who builds these channels from the ground up, builds a career here. This role has a clear and intentional path to a full-time senior position as the channels scale.

The Role
We are hiring a TikTok Shop & Affiliate Growth Manager to own and scale two of our highest-potential revenue channels. You will also advise on the organic TikTok content strategy that feeds the entire ecosystem, because we understand that organic performance and Shop performance are not separate strategies, they are one.
This is a performance-driven role. Not just posting. Not just outreach. Revenue.
You will work directly with the founding team and play a central role in shaping Dirty Saint's creator and commerce identity.
Core Responsibilities:
TikTok Shop
- Own TikTok Shop end-to-end; listings, SEO optimization, pricing, bundles, and fulfillment coordination
- Launch and scale GMV Max campaigns and Shop Ads with clear ROAS targets and weekly performance accountability
- Identify, recruit, and activate creator partnerships built specifically for Shop conversion, not awareness, conversion
- Advise on organic content strategy and content calendar to maximize Shop discoverability and algorithm performance
- Monitor GMV, CVR, AOV, and refund rates in real time and make optimization decisions without waiting for approval
- Report weekly on performance with honest, actionable reads on trajectory and next steps
The Disciples - Our Affiliate Program on Superfiliate
Dirty Saint's affiliate program is called The Disciples - a growing network of creators and brand advocates. You own it. Build it like it is yours.
- Recruit high-quality affiliates weekly with the discipline of a pipeline manager and the instincts of a community builder
- Build and execute tiered incentive structures, performance challenges, and leaderboards that keep affiliates active and converting
- Develop swipe copy, promo codes, selling angles, and launch playbooks that make it simple for affiliates to drive sales
- Identify top performers and build a clear path from affiliate to paid creator partnership
- Track affiliate-attributed revenue weekly, optimize commission structure, and report with precision
- Build real community momentum inside the program - engagement and revenue are not mutually exclusive
Influencer & UGC
- Daily creator sourcing and outreach focused on conversion-ready talent, not follower counts
- Manage gifted and paid collaborations from brief through delivery
- Secure usage rights and build a scalable UGC and spark code library ready for paid amplification
- Coordinate product seeding and shipment logistics
Reporting & Accountability
- Weekly revenue and performance reporting across TikTok Shop and affiliate
- Clear KPIs with a documented and evolving optimization plan
- Transparent tracking of GMV, ROAS, affiliate post rates, and attributed revenue
- Data-backed recommendations the founding team can act on immediately
What Success Looks Like — First 90 Days
- TikTok Shop launched, optimized, and generating consistent week-over-week GMV growth
- 25–50+ active affiliates posting with measurable, documented attribution
- GMV Max campaigns running at positive ROAS with a clear scaling plan
- Organic content calendar aligned to Shop and affiliate activation windows
- Weekly reporting cadence established and running like clockwork
- UGC pipeline generating fresh, conversion-ready assets every week
Who We Are Looking For
You must have:
- Direct, hands-on TikTok Shop experience with documented GMV results at scale — we will ask for specific numbers
- Proven affiliate program ownership — not managed someone who did it, built and ran the program yourself with the data to back it up
- Deep, current fluency in TikTok's algorithm, GMV Max mechanics, Shop Ads platform, and creator ecosystem
- A clear point of view on how organic TikTok content strategy supports Shop performance and discoverability
- Experience in CPG, functional beverage, wellness, beauty, or lifestyle categories strongly preferred
- Scrappy, proactive, and highly organized — you move fast and bring solutions, not status updates
Bonus if you have:
- Existing relationships inside the TikTok Shop creator and affiliate ecosystem
- Experience scaling TikTok Shop meaningfully in a competitive category
- Klaviyo experience — we run email and SMS through Klaviyo and cross-channel coordination matters
- Superfiliate or comparable affiliate platform experience
What we are not looking for:
- Someone who has managed TikTok Shop from a dashboard without owning the creator relationships driving it
- Someone who needs a detailed brief before every decision
- Someone whose best results are behind them
Compensation
- $40–$50/hour depending on experience and documented results
- Approximately 30 hours per week to start
- Performance-based milestone bonuses tied to TikTok Shop GMV growth
- Performance-based milestone bonuses tied to affiliate revenue milestones
- Ongoing quarterly bonuses for sustained performance
- Clear and intentional path to a full-time senior role as the channels scale

Location
Santa Ana / Costa Mesa, CA. We prefer 1–2 days per week in office for the kind of collaboration and energy that does not happen on a Zoom call. Remaining hours are fully remote and flexible.
