Based in Austin, TX, Upper Echelon Products© (“UEP”) is a data-centric consumer products firm specializing in a diverse range of branded items distributed via eCommerce platforms. UEP exclusively manufactures and distributes Repel® and Rain-Mate® umbrellas, Everlasting Comfort® memory foam products, electronic gadgets, and bedding essentials, as well as Le Chateau® wine decanters, Café du Chateau® coffee makers, LumiLux Toilet Light®, Triton® dog leashes, and Flux Phenom® magnetic screen doors.

About the Role:

Upper Echelon Products (UEP) is seeking a creative and motivated TikTok Content Creation Intern to support our TikTok Shop growth. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about social media, enjoys filming and editing content, and understands what makes short-form videos engaging.

In this role, you will focus on creating in-office, lifestyle-driven content that highlights our products while also showcasing the personality behind the UEP brand. The goal is to produce content that feels authentic, relatable, and entertaining—while still driving product awareness and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Film in-office, lifestyle-style video content for TikTok branded accounts
• Create engaging, personality-driven content that naturally features UEP products and employees
• Edit videos using mobile and/or desktop editing tools
• Post content consistently across TikTok accounts
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm content ideas, hooks, and trends
• Stay up to date on TikTok trends, sounds, and viral formats
• Assist with basic performance tracking and identifying high-performing content
• Build out X videos by the end of the internship

Qualifications:

• Strong interest in social media, especially TikTok
• Comfortable filming content in an office environment (both behind and in front of the camera)
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, TikTok editor, or similar tools)
• Creative mindset with a good eye for trends, storytelling, and brand voice
• Self-starter with the ability to execute quickly and consistently
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred (but not required):

• Experience creating TikTok or Reels content (personal or brand accounts)
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop or e-commerce content
• On-camera confidence is a plus
