We're looking for a creative, self-directed Marketing & Content Intern to help us build a consistent brand presence and grow an engaged online community. You'll work across video, social media, and community platforms — planning, creating, and publishing content that reflects our mission and connects with our audience. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants real experience across the full content lifecycle, from strategy to execution.

Who We're Looking For:

  • A strong communicator with an eye for what makes content resonate
  • Comfortable working across video, social, and community platforms
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple workstreams at once
  • Genuinely curious about entrepreneurship, immigrant communities, or social impact
  • Prior content creation or social media experience is a plus, but not required

What You'll Gain

  • End-to-end experience in content strategy, production, and community management
  • A portfolio of real work across video and social platforms
  • Mentorship and exposure to mission-driven marketing in action
  • Academic credit and/or stipend (depending on arrangement)

The Role:

Community Building

  • Manage and grow Facebook and Reddit communities
  • Identify and nurture organic relationships with fellows, immigrant entrepreneurs, and community creators

Coordination

  • Outreach and scheduling for webinars/events
  • Create briefs and one-pagers for events
  • Coordinate with influencers, PR, and other partners to tell brand story

 Content Production

  • Plan, outline, and produce long-form video series
  • Coordinate and post short-form series (Reels, Shorts, TikTok)
  • Manage production coordination and publishing
  • Maintain cadence aligned to content calendar
  • Help develop social content pillars and recurring series
  • Maintain the admin and coordination needed to keep the calendar on track
