1st and 2nd shift - Will pay up to $33/hr.

We’re hiring a TIG Welder to join a growing team that builds high‑quality stainless steel equipment for the food industry. If you enjoy clean work, variety in your day, and welding that actually requires skill—not production burnout—this is the role for you.

This is a hands-on welding role in a modern, well‑lit, climate‑controlled facility with strong long‑term opportunity.

• TIG weld stainless steel, food‑grade process equipment (about 80% welding / 20% assembly)
• Weld and assemble stainless steel pipe and pipe components (acid‑resistant materials)
• Perform manual, pulsed, and mechanized TIG welding
• Read and work from blueprints and fabrication drawings
• Enter and exit tanks or vessels as required (non‑claustrophobic work)
• Perform in‑process quality checks to meet food‑industry standards
• Complete basic documentation and rework paperwork
• Participate in 5S / continuous improvement activities
• Cross‑train and develop additional skills over time

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Belle Plaine, MN.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $33.00/hr.
