IT Support Specialist (In-House) | Sandy Springs or Cumberland, GA
We're seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join a growing organization in the Atlanta area. This is a hands-on, internal IT role supporting both onsite and remote employees across the business.

📍 Sandy Springs, GA or Cumberland, GA
Candidates must currently reside in Georgia.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- First 90 days fully onsite
- Transition to 4 days onsite / 1 day remote after onboarding
What You'll Do
- Provide day-to-day technical support for employees
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
- Administer Microsoft 365 accounts and services
- Support Azure and Active Directory / Entra ID environments
- Configure and manage Windows 10/11 devices
- Maintain user accounts, permissions, and access controls
- Deliver white-glove support to both executives and end users
- Coordinate with leadership on IT initiatives and process improvements
Required Qualifications
- Experience in IT Support, Help Desk, Desktop Support, or Systems Administration
- Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience
- Experience supporting Windows 10/11 environments
- Working knowledge of Active Directory and/or Entra ID
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and customer service mindset
- Ability to support both technical and non-technical users
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Azure experience
- Microsoft Intune experience
- Experience supporting hybrid and remote work environments
