TI Superintendent

I’m partnered with a nationally respected Commercial General Contractor that has built an outstanding reputation delivering Tenant Improvement (TI), renovation, and remodeling projects across the commercial construction sector.

Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Superintendent to join their team in Austin, TX and lead commercial interior construction projects from start to finish.

What They're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Superintendent on commercial TI, renovation, and remodeling projects
• Strong understanding of scheduling, subcontractor coordination, site safety, and quality control
• Ability to manage projects in occupied and operational environments
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily field operations and site activities
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and project teams
• Ensure adherence to project schedules and milestones
• Maintain jobsite safety and quality standards
• Conduct site meetings and provide project updates
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers and clients

This client is only interested in speaking with Superintendents who have direct experience within the commercial TI, renovation, and remodeling sector. Candidates whose backgrounds are primarily in ground-up residential, industrial, civil, or other unrelated construction sectors will not be considered.
