Job Title: Licensed Therapist / Associate Therapist

Salary: $60,000–$70,000
Schedule: Sunday–Thursday OR Tuesday–Saturday (40 hrs/week)
Overview
We are seeking Therapists (Licensed and Associate Level) to join a 24-hour inpatient behavioral health facility supporting individuals experiencing acute psychiatric symptoms.
This role offers hands-on experience in a structured, team-based clinical environment, helping patients stabilize, build coping strategies, and transition to the next level of care.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions
- Support patients through stabilization and emotional processing
- Collaborate with nursing staff and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Participate in treatment planning and case discussions
- Assist with discharge planning and care coordination
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- Licensed or license-eligible (PLPC, LMSW, MSW, LPC, LCSW)
- Ability to work one weekend day consistently
- Strong communication and documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in behavioral health / mental health settings
- Exposure to inpatient or acute care environments
