Evergreen (Pipeline) Requisition
This requisition is used to build a pipeline of qualified candidates for future opportunities. While there may not be an immediate opening, candidates will be considered as positions become available based on their qualifications and program needs.
Odyssey is seeking experienced Test and Evaluation Specialists to join our talent community for anticipated opportunities supporting the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) Armament Directorate and other Department of Defense (DoD) acquisition programs.
Our Test and Evaluation Specialists support the government with planning, developing, and executing test and evaluation activities for weapons systems and associated equipment across the acquisition lifecycle. They assess system performance, verify requirements, and ensure systems meet operational effectiveness, suitability, and survivability requirements through developmental and operational testing.

This is an evergreen position designed to pro-activelyidentify and engage highly qualified candidates for future openings across Odyssey’s portfolio of acquisition and program management support efforts. While this role is not currently tied to a specific contract, selected candidates may be considered for upcoming positions based on their experience, qualifications, and program needs.

Please note: Final compensation for this position will be determined by various factors such as the Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.

Duties include, but not limited to: - Support test and evaluation activities across all phases of the DoD acquisition lifecycle (Materiel Solution Analysis through Operations & Support) - Develop, review, and coordinate Test and Evaluation documentation, including: - Test and Evaluation Master Plans (TEMP) - Test Plans, Test Reports, and Evaluation Reports - Requirements Verification Matrices (RVM) - Plan and support developmental test (DT) and operational test (OT) activities - Coordinate with engineering, program management, and operational stakeholders to ensure test objectives align with program requirements - Support test event planning, execution, data collection, and analysis - Evaluate system performance against requirements, including effectiveness, suitability, and survivability - Identify test risks and develop mitigation strategies - Support test readiness reviews and milestone reviews - Analyze test data and provide recommendations to improve system performance and program outcomes - Prepare and deliver test reports, briefings, and decision support materials to leadership
