Role Description

New England Seating is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Territory Sales Representative to help expand and support our presence throughout the Northeast. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the road, building relationships, and managing projects from concept through completion.


Responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining and growing existing client relationships, conducting site visits and field measurements, assisting with project coordination, and serving as a trusted resource to clients throughout the sales process.


The Territory Sales Representative will work closely with our internal team to ensure a high level of communication, project execution, and customer satisfaction.


This is a full-time position based in New Haven, CT, with regular travel throughout the Northeast and frequent in-person client visits.


Qualifications

  • Strong relationship management, business development, and account management skills
  • Willingness to travel regularly throughout the Northeast and maintain an active presence in the field
  • Comfortable on active job sites and capable of taking accurate field measurements
  • Proven ability to generate business, manage a sales pipeline, and meet performance goals
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Experience in furniture, commercial interiors, hospitality, construction, or manufacturing is preferred
  • Self-motivated, professional, and comfortable working independently
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but relevant industry experience will be strongly considered
