As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within your assigned territory. This role requires a motivated and goal-oriented individual who can build relationships with key decision-makers, identify new sales opportunities, and close deals. This role will be a combination of commission-based sales and account management. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, excellent communication skills, and experience in the sign industry.
This position may require occasional after-hours work. A valid driver's license is required.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute a sales plan for your assigned territory, including identifying target accounts and establishing relationships with decision makers.
- Respond to all in-bound sales inquiries in a timely manner.
- Build relationships with existing customers to drive retention and upsell opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and approve pricing with clients.
- Provide on-site production demonstrations and training.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Keep up to date on industry trends, competitors, and new products or services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of products or services
- Provide regular updates on account activity and performance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the sign industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets within a quota-driven environment
- Ability to travel weekly within the assigned territory (up to 75%).
- Understanding of CRM systems and experience using them to manage sales pipelines.
