Salary: $80,000+ (DOE) base + uncapped commission + monthly bonus (1st year OTE $130k-200k)

Territory Sales Manager (Commercial HVAC OEM) Description
Our client in HVAC equipment manufacturing is looking for a Territory Sales Manager to add to their team near Buford, GA. In this role, you will manage established rep relationships across a defined account base, grow product awareness through presentations and training, and support technical sales activity tied to air handling and related HVAC products. Our client is looking for someone with OEM technical sales experience, preferably in commercial HVAC, comfort reading blueprints and specs, and the ability to support product selections, bid activity, and customer-facing technical conversations. To be successful in the role, you must communicate clearly, stay organized, and be comfortable presenting to groups and building relationships in person. Territory Sales Manager (Commercial HVAC OEM) Responsibilities
• Manage 12-16 assigned accounts across a defined territory
• Build relationships with reps, engineers, contractors, and owners
• Conduct product trainings, lunch-and-learns, and client seminars
• Make regular in-person sales calls to support territory goals
• Support customers with technical product and application questions
• Prepare unit selections and organize bid support documents
• Review specs, drawings, and project requirements with customers
• Track activity and submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
• Help strengthen brand awareness across the territory
• Identify account gaps and support rep coverage as needed
Territory Sales Manager (Commercial HVAC OEM) Qualifications
• 2+ years of commercial HVAC OEM technical sales experience required
• Ability to read blueprints, specs and technical drawings required
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to discuss product applications required
• Willingness/ability to travel 50% is required
• Ability to obtain a passport upon hire required
