Summary: The Territory Director, Corporate Partnerships serves as the primary corporate partnerships lead responsible for executing the corporate partnerships strategy and achieving revenue goals within the assigned territory. Through close collaboration with crossfunctional teams, this roleis responsible forthe strategic leadership of multi-regional and national 6+ figure partnerships, driving new partners to our mission and expanding existing relationships.This role includes direct supervision of the Corporate Partnerships Director andis responsible formeeting individual revenue goals through management of a personalportfolio.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Core Responsibilities
- Lead and own corporate partnership development working closely with regional and national cross functional teams toidentifyemerging corporate trends to cultivate and close meaningful, strategic partnerships.
- Serves as the primary relationshipleadfor a portfolio of priority corporations responsible for an identified individual revenue goal.
- Drive revenue growth by securing six+ figure partnerships, ensuring customized solutions and outstanding delivery in collaboration with accountteams.
- Provide direct oversight, coaching and strategic guidance to Director, Corporate Partnerships staff within assignedTerritory.
- Exemplify exceptional external development leadership, consistently embodying the OneBlood Cancer Unitedmindset and setting a standard of excellence for peers and key stakeholders.
- Provide high-levelexpertiseacross all corporate industries, todrivebothrevenue generation and strategic partnership development in support ofcampaign and mission funding needs.
- Partner with Vice President and Senior Director of Corporate Partnerships on strategic negotiations,escalationsand enterprise level partner relationships asneeded.
- Build, nurture, and leverage relationships with cross functional teams with both internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives, toidentifyandoptimizevalue propositions for each corporate account,ultimately drivingmission impact and sustainable revenue growth.
- Lead regional teams inidentifying,structuringand closing complex, multi-year, 6+figure partnerships.
- Engage with external CEOs and senior leaders from various functions to explore mutually beneficial opportunities for collaboration, ensuring alignment with both corporateobjectivesandBlood Cancer Unitedgoals.
- Provide continuousexpertise, guidance, and support to regional teams, aiding in the development and execution of account strategies that deliver maximum value for both partners and Blood CancerUnited.
- Represent Blood Cancer United with credibility and professionalism in senior level internal and external settings asappropriate.
Financial Oversight
- Accountable for annual Territorycorporate partnerships revenue linewithindesignated territory.
- Use CRM to manage relationships, andmaintainforecast integrity, ensuring visibility and accountability across all partnershipstages
- Assure a fiscally sound operation, including thetimely,accurateand comprehensive development ofcontributionsincome and expense budgets, reporting, monitoring, and implementation.
Other Duties
- Maintain a working knowledge of Blood Cancer Unitedmission and programs to promoteOrganizational initiatives.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education & Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degreeoradvanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 7-10 years of non-profit corporate partnership experience with a solidtrack recordof interacting with the highest level of corporate leadership and closing significant partnerships
- Experience at the national level within the nonprofit industry
- Successfultrack recordof collaborating in a highly matrixed organization
- Experience in the daily use of a CRM, preferably Salesforce
- Experience in negotiation and solution-oriented problem solving
- Excellent use of Microsoft Suite including Outlook,Wordand PowerPoint

We are excited to share the base pay range for this position is $129K to $160K. The offered compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, business need, market conditions, proficiencies, skills, education, and experience. Additionally, at Blood Cancer United we place a high value on internal pay equity and will consider the current compensation of similarly situated roles and direct team members. Base compensation is only one component of our Total Rewards program, which also includes an annual incentive plan and a competitive benefits package.
