WHERE YOU CONTRIBUTE

The Supply Planning Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the growth of the Dr. Martens brand by helping to ensure strong inventory availability and optimized supply through continuous process improvement. As part of the Americas Supply and Demand Planning team, you’ll collaborate across the supply and inventory planning function, where delivering product on time and in full is critical to business success.

In this role, you’ll apply strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills to analyze data, identify opportunities, and help develop innovative solutions that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply planning processes. You’ll work closely with a supportive and knowledgeable team as you continue to build a deep understanding of how each part of the supply chain connects.

This is a temporary role expected to last one year, depending on the needs of the business.

CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Analyzes planned Purchase Order suggestions, executes and releases as required, ensuring proper inventory by channel and DC location down to a size level.
• Utilizes Supply and Demand Planning System (Blue Yonder) to aid in decision making.
• Monitors changes to demand and supply plan, identifies any outstanding gaps/risks that need resolving.
• Ensures accurate inventory reporting for both on hand and intake in D365 & in Supply and Demand Planning System (Blue Yonder).
• Closely monitors the PO delivery schedule. Identifies risks of overstock or stockouts and propose solutions to mitigate inventory service level disruptions across D2C and B2B channels.

KEY SKILLS & CAPABILITIES

• Ability to analyze data accurately and quickly
• Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel
• Desire to learn about BI reporting tools, Forecasting and Planning systems
• Ability to work, self directed, with multiple overlapping priorities
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken; ability to work well with a variety of people across departments and regions
• Ability to work at a standard computer set up 40+ hours, with or without accommodations.
