Job Overview:

We’re seeking a polished, professional Temporary Receptionist to support a high-end office environment in Buckhead/Atlanta, GA. This is a front-desk role focused on providing an excellent experience for executives, guests, and internal teams. This role is a full-time temporary position in an office setting from 8 – 5.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet executives, guests, and visitors
  • Manage the front desk experience, including validating parking
  • Receive and route deliveries and packages
  • Coordinate meetings and assist with scheduling logistics
  • Reserve and manage conference rooms (multiple rooms on-site)
  • Coordinate reservations for internal events as needed
  • Maintain conference rooms and break areas:
  • Stock water in conference rooms and supplies in the break room
  • Make coffee/light cleanup
  • Provide light administrative support, including basic work in Excel and PowerPoint

Requirements:

  • Professional presence and strong communication skills
  • Prior receptionist/front desk or office support experience preferred
  • Comfortable interacting with executives and visitors in a corporate environment
  • Organized, dependable, and able to multitask
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)


Schedule & Pay:

  • Monday-Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
  • Hourly pay: $20
  • Job Type: Contract/Temporary
