About the Role
We are seeking a customer-focused and adaptable Teller I Floater to join our Retail Banking team. In this role, you will travel between branch locations to support daily operations, provide exceptional customer service, and promote bank products and services. Key Responsibilities

• Travel to various branch locations as assigned to perform teller duties
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
• Assist customers with digital banking inquiries and account maintenance
• Promote and cross-sell bank products and services based on customer needs
• Maintain knowledge of bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Provide professional, courteous, and efficient service to customers and colleagues
• Identify and respond to potential fraud or suspicious activity
• Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and ensure a positive work environment
• Perform administrative tasks such as scanning, indexing, and data entry

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in navigating multiple computer systems
• Excellent problem-solving and time management abilities
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• 6+ months of banking experience
• Cash handling experience
• Customer service experience
