Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Teller position located in Florence, SC. As a Teller, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by processing a variety of financial transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, and payments, accurately and efficiently. The role includes assisting customers with inquiries, resolving account-related issues, and promoting the bank's products and services. You will also work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth branch operations while adhering to all compliance and security procedures.

• Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills with attention to detail.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and team members.
• Ability to operate banking software and technology systems with computer literacy proficiency.
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities to address customer concerns effectively.
• Team-oriented mindset and capacity to adapt to a fast-paced banking environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent education; higher education is a plus.
• Prior experience in banking, retail, or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Commitment to upholding confidentiality and ethical standards in handling financial transactions.
