As a Telemetry Registered Nurse, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring a safe and supportive environment for both patients and staff.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Rendering professional nursing care to patients within an assigned unit
- Providing comprehensive clinical documentation and care plans each shift
- Communicating patient information for continuity and safe care
- Participating in quality initiatives and performance improvement
- Collaborating with other departments to enhance patient outcomes
- Serving as a preceptor for new nurses and participating in survey readiness
- Maintaining current nursing licensure and certifications
- Floating to Psych units as needed
Requirements for this position include:
- Current New Hampshire RN license
- Basic Life Support certification
- Graduate of an approved Nursing program preferred
- Basic Dysrhythmia knowledge preferred or obtained prior to completion of orientation
- Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) training preferred or obtained prior to completion of orientation
- Need 1 year experience in setting
