We are seeking a Technology Service Owner to provide end-to-end ownership of critical services and applications. The Technology Service Owner will manage production issues, oversee technology roadmaps, and coordinate vendor management activities. This role serves as a key liaison with stakeholders, ensuring seamless production support and service management. You will drive incident, change, problem, and project management functions, collaborate with product vendors on future state implementations, and validate service restoration. This position is vital to maintaining operational excellence, supporting business needs, and driving continuous improvement across technology platforms.

Responsibilities Manage production issues and ensure timely resolution for assigned services/applications

 Own and maintain the technology roadmap for relevant applications

 Coordinate vendor management activities and product roadmap discussions

 Serve as liaison with stakeholders for production support and service management

 Lead incident, change, problem, and project management functions

 Collaborate with product vendors to determine future state product roadmap and implementations

 Coordinate issue resolution and validate restoration of services

 Monitor application and infrastructure, assign and update alerts in coordination with enterprise management and business units

 Employ advanced knowledge in application support, IT infrastructure, troubleshooting, database, stakeholder, and roadmap management

 Perform project management functions as either a project manager or team member; other duties as assigned

Requirements:

 Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field

 6+ years of experience managing application support, technology roadmaps, troubleshooting applications, or directly related experience (a combination of education and experience may meet job requirements)

 Advanced knowledge in managing support of applications, IT infrastructure, technology troubleshooting, database, stakeholder, and roadmap management

 Demonstrated ability to work with stakeholders to understand business needs

 Advanced data analysis, problem resolution, research, and customer relations skills

 Strong verbal and written communication skills

 Strong attention to detail

 Ability to meet deadlines, multitask, and work well under pressure and changing environments

 Knowledge of Microsoft Excel analytics, ServiceNow/ADO preferred
